"S/he's Got Legs and S/he Knows How to Use Them."

M. and I saw baby D-2 today!  Monday marked our 20-week ultrasound and, to our relief, everything continues to look great.  Baby D-2 is measuring right on schedule, or exactly 20 weeks and 4 days.  And if all continues to go well, the next time we see him or her, s/he'll be in our arms!  Meanwhile, check out D-2's legs . . .

And D-2 him/herself . . .

S/he is a chunkier version of him/herself at 14 weeks (despite the fact my belly is on the smaller side)! How cute!  And s/he waved . . .

I predict that baby D-2 has M.'s forehead, just like big sister A.  I can tell, trust me.  Plus, this baby has a slightly shorter chin than A. did and different eyes and nose. More round, rather than heart-shaped like A. After the sonogram, I'm leaning towards boy (oh, and by the way, the technician did confirm that she knows the baby's sex), though I've been leaning girl.  But then as soon as I think boy, I go back to thinking girl . . . Yes, I think it's a girl. Argh!  Tell me, WHY didn't I just find out?! Because, honestly, I love the suspense!
