Yay! For Ye-Chon!

We're big fans of Ye-Chon, a nearby Korean restaurant in a very Korean town, Annandale.  This place is delicious.  And if you're craving it at 3AM, well, you're in luck . . . because they're open 24hrs/day.  Yes. So, here's to bulgogi and jap chae and all things yummy at one of our new fav haunts.

We celebrated my dad's birthday there during my parents' recent visit.  The meal was loved by all, but quite possibly enjoyed the most by A. who loves, loves, loves bulgogi (that's her above, giving her Papa a prolonged "cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeese!"  Yes.  A. was deliriously happy that evening).  We literally have to scrape the leftover remnants from our table-side grill.  That's our girl!
