Vacation Day 4, Part II: Low Tide.

Forgetting the potential of Earl, we love our after-dinner oceanside walks.  A., hesitant (okay, unwilling) to walk on the deep, choppy sand of the beach, digs the packed sand of low tide.  That makes evenings her favorite (and her only preferred) time to run freely along the vast shoreline.

We find it hard to keep up with her (fortunately, she's still weary enough to stay away from the water). She darts this way and that way.  She skips, she laughs, and she plays.  She keeps mama on her toes, and papa on his.  And we play, play, play, until Miss A. is completely tuckered out for the night.
