Color Me Happy.

We're not getting out of the house much these days.  Really, even in great weather it's hard to keep up with A.  And there's no telling when she'll ask to be carried back home or move faster than I can manage. So, now, drawing doesn't seem like such a bad activity!  And, besides, A. is enjoying her hobby a bit more independently these days. 

Mostly, she likes to have her hand traced or she'll try to trace mine . . . 

And she loves playing with colored pencils, or markers, or crayons.  No worries:  A. still has her crazy requests when she asks us to partner up with her in her artistic efforts.  Lately, she's into "brown cakes with candles."  Heck, I can handle that.  Hand me a crayon!
