Washa-Washa!

E.'s bath time is sometimes a family affair.  Other times, it's slipped into the afternoon while M. is at work and A. is sleeping, leaving E. and I to catch up, have a little conversation.  But when it's a family affair, our Miss A. loves to help bathe her little sister.

Afterwards, little sister is pink, shiny, and relaxed.  As my mom says, on bath days, E. becomes an absolute noodle, sleeping for more hours on end than usual.  And she doesn't seem to mind A. helping out with her bath.  In fact, in recent days, I'm noticing that she's actually watching A. now and smiling at her - even when A.'s interactions with her are seemingly too much (e.g., pulling the music cord on E.'s vibrating chair over and over and over again!).  No, to E., A.'s entertaining.  And it's just the beginning of their lifelong amusement with one another!
