3 Months!
Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 02:20PM Miss E. has moved from being a newborn to a big ol' 3-month old (okay, she isn't that big, but she is 3-months old!). Where did the time go? What has E. been up to?
I can't tell you how big or long she is. I just don't have those stats. But I can tell you that we've made significant progress with tummy time and little E. is holding her head up quite nicely these days.
To my somewhat horror, she's moving a lot. Here, she schooched backwards off of her blanket to catch a better view of A.'s legos. This afternooon, I caught her turning her body in a complete circle while in her crib (picture a sundial!). Oh, boy.
She's really into her grasping toys and has officially met Sophie the Giraffe (and somehow immediately knew that Sophie was for chewing).
E. appears to be settling into a morning nap (between 9AM and 10AM) and she recently woke-up Mama between midnight and 2AM for an extra, growth-spurt induced feeding. That was hard. We're happy to return to our one wake-up a night at 4AM. E. still sleeps a lot in the afternoon and now goes to bed even earlier (last night she didn't even want to eat and opted for a before-8 bedtime!). That's our girl. Growing and changing faster than ever!
